Services Offered
Shiny Key Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning services exclusively for Homeowners and Vacation Rental properties in The Florida Keys area. Our services include:
Basic and deep cleaning
Move-in / Move-out cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Customized services according to client needs
Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date and time for cleaning.
Complimentary Products
As part of our commitment to quality, we include complimentary products in each service, such as:

Referral Program

Liability and Guarantee
Shiny Key Cleaning LLC holds the necessary certifications and insurance to protect both your property and our team. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within the first 24 hours, and we will make the necessary arrangements to correct any issues.
